SECRET OF GOAL SETTINGS

Do you know what makes life different? The answer is goal setting.
The difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is quite feasible. Successful people have their goal in mind. They know where they want to go and finally they get there. So you need to start with a target , a destination , a goal.
   You may ask me: " How to achieve goals is easier said than done. " you are right. Many  people fail not because they don't have goals but
they haven't achieved their  goals. They gave up their goals during their journey.
  THE ROAD FROM GOAL TO SUCCESS IS A LONG ONE.
Here are one of the best and most effective goal-settings plans you will ever learn.
  Tool 1 : Decide exactly what you want in different aspects of life and write it down. Ask yourself, "what achievement would be worth your very best efforts? " what would you attempt if you knew it was impossible to fail?  "make it measurable, specific , clear, and detailed. Write out all the benefits and advantages of achieving your goals.
  Tool 2 : Attach a deadline for the achievement of your goal. If it is a large goal ensure you break it down into smaller parts and set subdeadlines.
  Tool 3 :make a list of everything you will have to do  (action steps) to achieve this goals. As you think of new item, add them to your list until it is complete.
  Tool 4 : Organise your list of actions into plan. Note that 20% of the things that you do will account 80%of your results. Therefore, organize your plans on the basis of two elements ; priorities, you will " major in minors" and spend much of your time doing small and irrelevant tasks that do not help you to achieve the goals. Determine what has to be done before something else can be done in order of relevance.
   Tool 5 : Identify the key obstacles that hold you back from achieving this goals. Identify the most important constraints or limitations holding you back and then focus on removing that obstacles. It could be a certain amount of money or a major resources. It could be an additional skills, character or habit that you need. It could be the assistance of one or more people.
Whatever it is, identify it clearly and work to eliminate it immediately.
Tool 6 : this is perhaps the most important in this process. Once you have determined your goals, developed your plan , attached your deadline and identified your major obstacles , take action immediately towards the achievement of your goal. Nothing moves until you move; step out in faith . Do something immediately to start your process of goal attainment.
Tool 7 :Do something every day that moves you to towards your most relevant goal .Develop a habit of getting up each morning , planning your day and then doing something and anything that moves you at least a step closer towards your most important goal . this habit of doing something every single day that moves you towards an important goal develops within you the power of momentum .Daily actions deepen your belief that the goal is achievable , and your goal begin moving faster and closer towards you .Following these steps makes you a super - achiever before long ! Plan and succeed !
